Delivery
Your order means a great deal to me and I hope that you receive it in good time.
Orders are only accepted within the UK, postage is included within your order.
In stock items are usually delivered within 2-3 days, although this may vary depending on demand.
For bespoke orders, please allow 7-10 days
Your order will be delivered by courier service, which you will be able to track with the details we provide you with via confirmation of dispatch email.
Returns
If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return the item as long as it has not been used or damaged, with the exception of bespoke orders. Please send a detailed email and then return your order within 14 days of receipt of your order, for an exchange or refund. This will be processed once your returned order has been received. I am unable to offer refunds on return postage and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items in return transit to me.
If you receive your order that has been damaged in transit, please email me within 24 hours of receiving the order. I cannot accept responsibilty for damage reported after this period.
Once I have received your returned order, I will dispatch your replacement item.
