Mariposa furnishings is committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we have collected from you to process your order. Your details will be securely protected and managed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

When you make an online purchase through our website, you will be asked to provide your name, address, delivery address, phone number and email address. In addition, we will ask you for your payment details.

This information is used for processing and fulfilling your order, to process payments made by you, to obtain credit authorisation from your credit card issuer and notify you if any issues arise with your order. We may also send you details about new products, promotions or offers.

Your details will not be forwarded to a third party.

Payment

Orders are only accepted within the UK, postage is included within your order.

Secure online payment is requested at the time of order and are shown in UK sterling, including VAT.

Mariposa Furnishings reserves the right to alter these prices at anytime.

Cancellations

In accordance with Distance Selling regulations, I do not normally accept cancellations on any of my products that are made to your bespoke measurements.

However, if you do need to make any changes to a bespoke order, please email me as soon as possible and I will try to accommodate any alterations, as long as your order has not gone into production.

Great care is taken to ensure the description of the products that appear on this website are accurate, however, the exact product dimensions may vary slightly. While the colour reproduction of the products are a close representation, I cannot accept responsibility for the variations in colour caused by browser software on the user's computer, tablet or mobile phone that you use to browse this website. 

Fabric samples are available on request to match your scheme.
